At Hartley & Rose, we want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of delivery.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
How to Return or Exchange Your Order
Step 1 – Request a Return Form
Please email support@hartleyrose.com to request a return or exchange form.
Step 2 – Pack & Ship Your Return
Carefully package your item(s) and include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Please make sure to:

Clearly write “Return” on the outside of the package

Use a tracked and insured shipping method

Ensure the items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit
Step 3 – Refund or Exchange
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will:

Process your refund within 10 business days, or

Ship your replacement item as quickly as possible

Promotional and sale items may also be returned unless stated otherwise

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Returns sent without tracking cannot be processed

For hygiene reasons, underwear, bras, and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged
