Article 1 – Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: the natural person acting outside the scope of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: calendar day.
Durable data carrier: any means that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: an agreement concluded within a system organized for distance selling, where only one or more means of distance communication are used up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.
Means of distance communication: any method that allows a contract to be concluded without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.
Terms & Conditions: these general terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Business Identity
Business information is available upon request via email.
Article 3 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before a distance agreement is concluded, the consumer will have access to these Terms & Conditions. If this is not reasonably possible, the entrepreneur will indicate where the Terms & Conditions can be reviewed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.
If the agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms & Conditions will be made available electronically in a way that allows the consumer to store them on a durable data carrier.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and enforceable.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to modify or adjust offers at any time.
Product descriptions and images are intended to represent products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur.
All prices shown on the website are exclusive of import duties, customs charges, and VAT unless stated otherwise. Any import fees or taxes imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
The offer clearly states:

whether the right of withdrawal applies
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the stated conditions.
After receiving the order, the entrepreneur will confirm the agreement electronically without delay.
The entrepreneur reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if there is reasonable doubt regarding payment, fraud, or misuse.
All agreements are concluded subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days after receiving the product without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur within the 30-day period and return the product within 30 days after notification.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.
Article 7 – Return Costs & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer unless stated otherwise.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the returned items have been received or valid proof of return shipment has been provided.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

personalized or custom-made products
-
sealed hygiene products once opened
-
products that deteriorate quickly
-
digital products once delivered
-
services already started with the consumer’s consent
Article 9 – Pricing
Prices will not increase during the validity period of an offer except when required by legal regulations or VAT changes.
The entrepreneur is not liable for pricing errors caused by typographical mistakes or technical issues.
Article 10 – Warranty & Complaints
The entrepreneur guarantees that products conform to the agreement and meet reasonable standards of usability and quality.
Any defects or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 30 days after delivery.
The warranty does not apply in cases of:

damage caused by misuse
-
normal wear and tear
-
modifications or repairs made by third parties
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are processed carefully and shipped within the estimated delivery timeframe stated on the website unless otherwise agreed.
If a delay occurs, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible.
The risk of damage or loss transfers to the consumer once the product has been delivered.
Article 12 – Long-Term Agreements
Consumers may terminate agreements of indefinite duration at any time with one month’s notice.
Automatic renewal of fixed-term agreements is not permitted unless legally allowed.
Article 13 – Payment
Payments must be completed using the payment methods offered at checkout.
In case of incorrect payment details, the consumer must notify the entrepreneur immediately.
If payment is not received, the entrepreneur reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
Article 14 – Complaints Procedure
Complaints regarding products or services must be submitted within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered.
The entrepreneur aims to respond to complaints within 30 days.
Article 15 – Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law, regardless of the consumer’s country of residence.
Article 16 – SMS Marketing
By consenting to SMS marketing during checkout, the consumer agrees to receive recurring automated marketing messages, order updates, and abandoned cart reminders.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Consumers may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message.
